Employment - Bus Person

We are currently recruiting for the position of:

Classification:   Bus Person
Department:     Copper Room

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with all corporate policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
• Able to exceed the guests' needs by providing assistance in service appropriate to all types of dining experience in a high paced environment
• Able to attend to work reliably
• Able to work safely and securely in a manner that protects the integrity and safety of the guest, associates and hotel

The successful candidate will possess the following skill-set:

• ‘Food Safe’, Level One required
• Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment clearing and setting up tables preferred
• Able to safely lift and carry equipment of awkward size and to a weight of twenty-five pounds
• Universal Service Standards (USS) skills and demonstrate constantly displaying any and all
• Proven outstanding listening and problem solving skills required
• Proven ability to work independently
• Proven ability to prioritize
• Proven previous experience as a team player
• Proven ability to multi-task, take direction and instruction well required
• Proven Safe Work and reliable attendance record required
• Proven organizational skills required
• Flexible to a changing schedule Second language an asset
