Originally used by the Salish Coast Indians for medicinal properties and rejuvenating effects, the hot springs at Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa SM have since attracted such famous guests as the King and Queen of Siam, Clark Gable, John Wayne, Sidney Poitier and Robin Williams.
Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa offers five separate mineral pools with varying temperatures. With two indoor pools and three outdoor pools to choose from, you're sure to find the perfect hotel swimming pool to relax and rejuvenate.
indoor lap pool
The indoor lap pool is a crescent shaped pool approximately 1,200 square feet and is maintained at a refreshing 30°C (85°F). The depth of pool allows for both wading and swimming.
indoor hot pool
Soak away your stresses in our indoor hot pool. The pavilion is designed with a 30-foot high ceiling over the circular hot pool and 80 feet of windows on the southeast side with views to the children's water park and outdoor lap pool area.
outdoor family pool
The outdoor natural mineral hot spring pools feature an authentic hot springs setting complete with running water, waterfalls, large granite rocks and lush foliage around the pools. The hours of access are from 8:00 a.m. in the morning until 10:00 p.m. at night, when a quiet time is required for all guests.
The family pool is approximately 4,000 square feet and is located in the middle of the outdoor pool area. Features of the pool are a gradual sloped entrance for the toddler swimmers or wheelchair accessibility, ledge style seating in various areas of the pool and a comfortable water temperature of 32° - 34°C (90° - 94°F) provides enjoyment for all. At night, both outdoor pools are outlined with glowing neon ribbon lights on the water line covering the circumference of the outdoor pools which creates a unique experience at night when you can float on your back and look up at the numerous stars in the sky.
Outdoor Lap Pool
The outdoor lap pool is approximately 4,000 square feet with a maximum 5-foot depth and is ideal for the swimmer who likes to get those exercising lengths in and keep fit. On sunny days, relax between dips in the pool on one of the many reclining lounge chairs surrounding the pool. The lap pool is maintained at a comfortable 30°C (85°F). Hours of access are from 8:00 am through until 10:00 pm.
adult pool
The adult pool is approximately 1,000 square feet and is adjacent to the first floor of the West Tower. It is maintained at a relaxing 35° - 38°C (96 - 100°F) and offers built in ledge style seating throughout the pool for your enjoyment.
