November 15 & 16, 2008 Eagle Festival 13th Annual Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival along the shores of Fraser and Harrison rivers.

November 27, 2008 - January 2, 2009 Festival of Trees  - decorated trees by community organizations and businesses displayed in Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa.

April 2009 Tulips of the Valley Annual Tulip Festival. Over 40 acres of tulips, a virtual sea of colour! Seabird Island - 5 minutes east of Agassiz via Highway 7 (toward Hope).

May 2009 Tournament of Champions Sand Sculpture Competition  This event invites winners of past Harrison World Champions to compete in a unique competition and remains on display until October 19, 2008.

July 1, 2009 Canada Day celebrations are a time to hail the nation's birthday, starting with a pancake breakfast at Harrison Fire Hall. The day ends with a fireworks show over the lake directly in front of the beach next to the resort.

July 11 - 19, 2009 Harrison Festival of the Arts is held throughout the village of Harrison Hot Springs. This nine-day festival is a celebration of world music, theatre, dance and visual arts.

July 2009 Annual Fraser Valley Dragon Boat Festival  held on Harrison Lake. 

September 2009 World Championships Sand Sculpture Competition is held on the beach of Harrison Lake. The best master sand sculptors in the world return to Harrison Hot Springs every year to craft their creations against the beautiful lake backdrop. 

September 18 - 19, 2009 Agassiz Fall Fair and Corn Festival, one of the best country fairs in BC.
