Terms, Conditions and Booking Policies
The following terms and conditions of DNC Parks and Resorts at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa (hereinafter referred to as “:we”, “our” or “us”) apply to your reservations and by making your reservations using our online system you understand, acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with this reservation. Availability can change at any time during the booking process. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation. Note: Children are considered to be 16 years of age and younger.
Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners Club.
- All rates are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to applicable taxes which may change without notice
- Cancellations must be received 3 days prior to arrival otherwise there is a charge of one night room and tax. If you do not arrive on the scheduled date, the reservations is cancelled and charged one night room and tax.
Special Requests
Special requests are noted and maintained in the reservation system; however we are unable to guarantee a specific room or location.
Third Party Reservations/Credit Card User
It is the responsibility of the person paying to provide a written authorization with the following:
- Card holder’s name and signature
- Card holder’s address and telephone number
- Precise billing instructions
- Copy of front and back of credit card
- Guest name and arrival and departure dates
Group reservation policies
If you are booking a group reservation the following policies apply to your reservations:
- Individual guest rooms must be cancelled 7 days or more, prior to arrival.
- Canceling within the 7day period will result in a charge of one night room and tax to your credit card.
- All reductions to the length of stay must be received 48 hours or more, prior to arrival. If a reduction in room nights is made within 48 hours of arrival, the guest will be required to pay for the length of stay.
- No shows will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night the room is not occupied by the individual, up to and including the entire length of stay.
- Early departures will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night the room is not occupied by the individual, up to and including the entire length of stay.
